• Encourages segregation/abuse/euthanasia of labeled "others".
• Creates the "crime" of intellectual property theft.
• Central to (but unnecessary for) "specialness".
• Fosters a caste of wage slaves.
• Stultifies innovation.
• Denies "others" the benefits of exclusivity.
